[datacatalogs] Dealing with defunct catalogs?

We have this record:
http://datacatalogs.org/catalog/opendatani_info

It's about OpenDataNI:
http://www.opendatani.info/

The site was closed earlier this year, its activities folded into data.gov.uk and other websites.

How should we handle this on datacatalogs.org? Just set the state of the record to deleted? Do we need another metadata field?

Any opinions?
