[datacatalogs] Open-source?

(Hey Ira!)
I've submitted pull requests. https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-datacatalogs/pulls
The reset password functionality must be part of CKAN proper. What version of CKAN is datacatalogs.org running? I don't know if the domain is missing from the link in the reset password email because of a misconfiguration or because of a bug in the version of CKAN running on datacatalogs.org.
The groups index page seems to be handled by CKAN proper. On datacatalogs.org, the totals (group['packages']) are wrong. There are more datasets in most of the groups that listed; if you go to the group page, you get a different number (page.item_count). Not sure where to fix that.
Would be cool to delete the empty and spam groups. As an admin, is there a secret URL where I can do that myself? I only recently discovered there's a /ckan-admin (there are no links to it).
Also, how do you set someone as a group admin?

Also, the "Url" field has a terrible name. People often paste a URL there (I wonder why? :P) but what's actually being asked for is a specifically-formatted identifier. I'd be happy to write pull requests on GitHub for these issues, as I have for other OFK projects, but I can't find the source code.
