[datacatalogs] The Data Hub - 404 error

Yes, this is due to spambots renaming things, which I've raised before, and which OKF has still not fixed.

Given the apparent lack of resources being put towards datacatalogs.org, it may be inadvisable to spend time curating it if spammers will inevitably destroy your work.
