[datacatalogs] Problems adding new catalog

Hi Daniel,

Are you mixing up the two URL fields?: the first URL field is the URL you
want to give the new catalog at datacatalogs.de, and further down the 2nd
URL field where you put in the actual webaddress of the catalog you are
adding.
