[datacatalogs] Problems adding new catalog

We'll get it deployed.

As an aside (I'll start a new thread): I think we should shift the platform
for this to something simpler (e.g. for backend Google spreadsheets or CSV
in github + a simple front end (node or even plain html + JS) ...). A start
was made on this last year (and I think shared with the list - see
https://github.com/okfn/datacatalogs.org ...)
