[ddj] Helsingin Sanomat provides guidelines to journalists on use of open data

Yes in deed, Helsingin Sanomat is the biggest Finnish news paper and 
they have recently taken many big and small steps towards data 
journalism. These guidelines were published on monday in #HsOpen hacking 
event which was third one during this year.
