Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you all a heads up about the new Datawrapper tool
that has been launched. The tool is made by journalists for journalists and
aims to respond to the specific needs of journalists who work on a deadline
and are not trained as visual designers. It was created by Mirko Lorenz and
Nicolas Kayser-Bril for ABZV, a German training institution for newspaper
journalists. With the first beta version of this open source tool, users
can register for free, copy-paste their data into the platform, create
simple, static chart in no time, and embed them in their articles.

Cheers,
Hanna
