Hi all,

I'm pleased to see the handbook is useful.

If while reading through the book you have any thoughts regarding suggestions
and amendments for next editions or you notice typos and errors I'd be
grateful if you would let us know by using the feedback form on the handbook

take them into account when thinking about how to make future editions of
the book more useful.
