[ddj] R: The Data Journalism Handbook E-Version

Hi all,

I also pre-order the book from OReilly. Generally they offer to buyers
the possibility to "upgrade" to the e-book version for another 4US$ .
But when I order my copy of Data journalism handbook, it is impossible
to have such possibility.

So, a wild guess, since the electronic version (web version) is already
available under CC license, and it only takes me few minutes to have
this converted to word doc version, and then to PDF/ePub

I think there won't be a electronic version from OReilly (same as other
books edited under CC license, like "We the media" by Dan Gillmor)

And then, I'd like to know, under the CC license, can we just release a
ePub/pdf version by ourselves?
