[ddj] Accessing the Olympics related datasets/api

Hi.

My name is Makoto and probably the first time to post in this mailing list.

I am currently trying to organise an Olympic data related hackathon and
compiling a list of interesting data source in the following google
spreadsheet.

NOTE: Please feel free to send a permission request, if you would like to
contribute to update the list.

One thing I am struggling to find is how I can get the real time game
result (apart from scraping from news site, etc) and full list of
Olympic athletes names and details.

There seems a protocol defined at http://odf.olympictech.org/, but not
clear whether the data is open or even how to access it.

Does anyone know good (real time and semantic) data api for the Olympics?
