[ddj] Data Explorer Mission - Carbon

Hi All,

Just a quick note that signup is now open for the data explorer mission
from the School of Data, being masterminded by P2PU.

The course will run from 15th April to 3rd May and will begin from the
basics of wrangling a dataset, working up to however ambitious people would
like to get.

The topic is carbon data, but don't worry if you don't have any specialist
knowledge on the topic just yet, the important part we're developing is the
ability to tell stories with data,
