My colleague Sisi Wei made a tool that might be just the ticket.

Hi,

I’m a digital producer with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Does anyone know of any interactive calculator tools?

We are doing a story on Fringe Benefits Tax.

We want people to be able to enter the value of their car, the total operating cost and the percentage of personal use. Then we want them to be able to hit ‘calculate my FBT’, and for the calculator to spit out two costs based on two different methods.

Ideally I’d like to be able to simply paste the data from Excel into the tool, as I’m not a developer and don’t have coding experience!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Amy
