[ddj] [Q] Difference between CAR and DJ

Based on the discussion here I (slightly) updated the Wikipedia entry on
#ddj this morning.
Found it needs editing, addition and cleaning - so much happening around
data-driven journalism.

Might be a good idea to link to the chapter from the book.
