[ddj] D3.js tutorial - what do you want to learn?

I'm looking forward to this. I'm a great fan of Murray, and I loved the
Interactive Data Vis book. I'd like to see him work through some concepts
not covered in the book... perhaps some more complex/visually appealing
stuff... but in the same introductory style (for non-programmers).
