[ddj] Terra Incognita: Call for journalists to participate in our user study

Thanks Mark for pointing this out. We are currently reviewing our city
selection for a number of countries (China and Brazil) and it looks like
the original data source we used for population information was not
correct. I appreciate you pointing this out about the UK as well.
If you want to add links about cities that are not on the list (but should
be) for the moment just send those to me manually over email.
