[ddj] Applications Open for Tribeca Hacks Story Matter

>From March 15th – March 19th in Geneva, Switzerland at the world-renowned CERN, The European Organization for Nuclear Research, teams of filmmakers hand-chosen for their artistic and storytelling skills, cutting-edge technologists, and field-leading scientists will combine forces to discover and create works of art only able to exist because of the fusion of these three disciplines.

The “Story Matter” Hackathon will accept applications until February 17, 2014 to form five teams of scientists, technology specialists and content creators. The Hackathon is open to all by application, and seeks the participation of those who are passionate about science, and excited about new ways of storytelling and creating narrative structure. The selected applicants will be invited to CERN to participate in the Hackathon just before the CinéGlobe festival.
