Hello Matthew,

On Brazil we have a project that allows one to answer a few touchy issues
and discover which politicians have voted according to their positions:

Of intererest also may be the project http://houseofcunha.com.br/, that
maps relationships between the legislators and the "chamber president" -
the politician who heads the legislative(below the vice-president in
sucession).
