[ddj] Dataviz that made changes

Hi
I have seen a few Ted talks that show the impacts. There was one in
particular, that showed impacts but in a negative way ie the misuse of
data visualisation to prove a contrary point but I cannot find it
right now. However there are lots of others showing good, impactful
dataviz.
