[ddj] GIS + sound animation tool?

These are great suggestions! Keep them coming! I have certainly heard of
StoryMaps before and like the tool. I've also heard of Odyssey.js which
does some similar things. ESRI, from what I've heard, is a very powerful
suite but the learning curve is a bit steep.
