[ddj] GIS + sound animation tool?

The first one I would investigate would be cartodb.js with popcorn.js since
popcorn was meant for syncing html5 interactive content. Also - drop Andrew
Hill at cartodb a line - andrew at cartodb.com - to see if anyone has done
something similar with cartodb.
