Hi there,

It really depends on what you are looking to do. I use Gephi
(www.gephi.org) to visualize large networks, or at times Case File
(https://www.paterva.com/web6/products/casefile.php) for any manual
investigation work. If you have the budget then you likely want to look
at i2 Analyst's Notebook
(http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/analysts-notebook).
