[ddj] Open-source tool to visualise flows on a world map (Excel worksheet)?

Hi everyone,

I have the following request: I would like to create an online map showing
people circulation between their country of origin and the one where they
currently live (I have also towns but only for destinations). I also have
information about countries where they lived between origin and destination
so ideally each flow could look more like an itinerary.

The Excel worksheet I have is about 150-200 entries.

Do you know of any open-source/free online tools that can help me create
this dataviz with a cleaned Excel worksheet?
