[ddj] Launch Offenesparlament.de

Dear Members of the ddj-list,

Today School of Data Germany <https://datenschule.de/en/> together with
abgeordnetenwatch.de <https://www.abgeordnetenwatch.de/> launched a new
version of OffenesParlament.de.

OffenesParlament.de collects information on the German Parliament. We
wanted to know which topics were discussed during the last four years in
German Parliament and what opinions parties and members of the parliament
expressed.You can search all 245 protocols of speeches given by the MPS
during the 18th legislative period. We also analyzed current debates on
challenging topics such as the Greek debt crisis, the emission scandal or
the refugee-crisis.

All protocols are available as machine-readable data and is available for
download as CC0 https://github.com/Datenschule/offenesparlament-d
ata/tree/master. The Website and Data is available in German only.
