[ddj] AIS ship tracking data

Hi everyone,

In case anyone is interested how this worked out -- it was pretty much
impossible to get comprehensive data for free! But i reached out to a few
companies and in the end one agreed to give me a snapshot of one day's data
for all the ships of the ocean, as long as I credited them. So if you find
you want anything like this in future, it would be worth asking the
companies who sell it.

All the best,
Josh
