[data-protocols] Reconciliation API + Google Refine (was: Re: Google Visualisation API as Query Protocol)

I think/hope it's going to become a de-facto standard for record linkage APIs, especially if they do add write support to it. No relation to any syncing/update stuff though.
What are you looking for in particular?
