[datahub-discuss] "Default" organization on datahub.io?

datahub,

I added http://datahub.io/dataset/orcid this morning but don’t really have an organization to put it in.
Is there an organization that is used as a “catch-all”?
Right now, that seems to be the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency...
