[datahub-discuss] Are `True` and `False` intended to be Booleans?

Hi everyone,
The Boolean values in JSON are `true` and `false`. Datahub metadata
regularly includes the values `True` and `False` as well. Are these
intended to be Booleans or are they intended to be strings?
An example of a query in which these values occur:
http://datahub.io/api/3/action/license_list
... which includes pairs like:
- "is_osi_compliant": "False"
- "domain_content": "False", etc.
