Hi Luis,

I've reserved a room at the venue below from 11.00 to 18:00.

It's close to St Pancras so should be quite convenient assuming you're
coming via Eurostar.

If you can let me know how many people will be attending from 10F and any
dietary requirements I will also book lunch.

Due to flights John will join us a bit later at around 12.00. It would be
great if you could create an agenda in Google Docs please and we'll add to
that.
