Hi Ian and David,

We had a call with the PO last hour.

Inspecting their logs and our logs on odp.tenforce.com shows the issues:

2012/11/28 11:12:58 [error] 25555#0: *114 open()
"/etc/nginx//html/favicon.ico" failed (2: No such file or directory),
client: 192.168.33.116, server: publications.europa.eu, request: "GET
/favicon.ico HTTP/1.1", host: "odp.tenforce.com"
2012/11/28 11:16:26 [warn] 25555#0: *318 a client request body is
buffered to a temporary file /var/cache/nginx/client_temp/0000000049,

2012/11/28 11:34:44 [warn] 25838#0: *10 a client request body is
buffered to a temporary file /var/cache/nginx/client_temp/0000000001,
client: 192.168.33.116, server: publications.europa.eu, request: "POST
/open-data/apps/cubeviz/cubeviz/savelinktofile/ HTTP/1.1", host:

2012/11/28 11:40:47 [error] 25838#0: *40 open()
"/etc/nginx//html/manager/html" failed (2: No such file or directory),
client: 61.153.224.21, server: publications.europa.eu, request: "HEAD
/manager/html HTTP/1.0"

I suppose this is due to a not progagation of some configuration variable.

There are also other messages which have to be resolved by advice.

Also visitors to the https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/open-data/
experience access problems.
Dimitrios adviced the following:

Change the proxy_pass from 0.0.0.0 to the IP address of your frontend machine
in default.conf of nginx in directory
/applications/ecodp/users/ecodp/www/nginx/conf.d

But this is only temporary as the 0.0.0.0 is needed for load balancing.
More suggestions are needed.

finally the nginx has after installation 2 configuration files default
and default.conf with the same content.
That seems strange. Is that a linking - packaging issue ?

kind regards,

Bert
