[ECODP-dev] Upcoming Postgres security release

Hi,

As you may have seen Postgres are releasing a high priority security
release on Thusday which they are advising people to deploy as quickly as
possible as it fixes a major vulnerability.

We should flag this to the PO today (without scaring them) so they are
aware and have someone available to upgrade their servers ASAP. You may
also want to upgrade the odp.tenforce.com test server.
