[ECODP-dev] ODP-226 Some labels not translated

Hello,

Regarding ticket ODP-226, the highlighted fields are not strings that are
hardcoded into the UI and so we do not translate them via Transifex. They
are instead stored in the database.

The first group of strings is actually the resource descriptions (or name
field if the description does not exist). If you look at this dataset for
example: http://odp.tenforce.com/de/data/dataset/055JKQ3OcP0t7zCEZ0qv2w.rdf-
descriptions for the dataset itself are provided in other languages
(only
French and German) but resource descriptions 'download this dataset in xxx
format' are not, and so they don't get translated.

The second set of strings refers to CKAN keywords that use a fixed
vocabulary. These were initially provided to us in JSON objects and we
wrote an importer script to add them to the database. An example of the
provided dataset status JSON data can be found here:

Terms that are stored for translation in the database can be updated using
the term_translation_update API call:

So full translations would need to be created for each dataset and
resource, and for each of the keyword vocabularies. The initial values for
the keyword vocabularies are all in this directory:
