[ECODP-dev] Suggest Dataset link

Hi Olivier, Agnieszka and Norbert,

on the roadmap there is a small item called:  Suggest Dataset link.
To our understanding it means adding a block like the "share your app"
block on the applications tab to the data tab first page.
Is this correct?
If yes, we are wondering if the desired outcome would be to reduce the
search bar in size, and put the new "suggest dataset block" next to it on
the right hand side.
