[ECODP-dev] Search cloud

Hi Dimitrios,

The search cloud will not display if it cannot get a list of approved terms
from the database for some reason. There is no other config option
currently to remove it, so there must be a problem with either the saving
of the searchcloud data or retrieving it from the database. Can you get a
copy of the JSON file that they are uploading? It would be good if you
could test that on your instance and verify that it works as expected.

Also, have they made any changes to the database server? For example, if
they reloaded an old data dump for testing, they will need to run the
paster commands to create the searchcloud tables again. If they have not
set up the searchcloud tables then there should be some log messages to
that effect in the CKAN log (every time the home page is viewed).
