Hi Dimitrios,

If you're unable to recreate the problem on test that suggests a problem
with the configuration of the PO's server so this would be the first thing
to check. Have you spoken to the PO and verified the things that John
suggested above i.e. that the PO has configured the DB correctly etc?

COme back to us if this doesn't solve the issue.
