[ECODP-dev] new ckan with securty bugfix

Hi John,

We seem to have had some network problems / git connection problems. We
checked out a new copy of the branch and now we have the change you
mentioned.
We have build the RPM.

What is the test case to validate that the security fix has been applied in
that RPM?
