[ECODP-dev] Latest CKAN package on the test server

Hi,

I'm currently updating the test server with some of our latest code. I
noticed that the ckanext-archiver extension is currently installed (I
assume as part of your package install). This extension is not being used
and so can be safely removed from the build/install process.
