[ECODP-dev] RDF checking

Hello Bert

All the RDF fixes are present now on test.

The only issue we have currently is that the catalog records get inserted
on ingest so to check if the they is getting added properly then you will
have todo a rdf2ckan load.  This is not an issue for things edited in the
interface as their catalogue record is generated each time.

Please feedback any issues as soon as you can.
