[ECODP-dev] Status meeting: some feedback

Hi,

some feedback from the status meeting today.

* Norbert is on holiday. He is back on monday.
  for the specs: the resource page should be styled in coherence with the
other pages.
  This means that the same style for the download button, the same style
for the format

* the translation:
  odp.tenforce.com will be a "stable development 01.00.00" release to be a
reference for the translators

* the urls: only a redirect from the root to the data tab should be added.
All the rest stays the same. To minimize the overall impact.
