[ECODP-dev] test server: unable to add resources

Hi,

some quick feedback

* is the catalog record updated on modification? It seems not:
<dct:modified>2013-08-22T15:07:58.407204</dct:modified>
* the publisher uri is still incorrect I believe.
* <foaf:primaryTopic>http://example.com/title-test</foaf:primaryTopic> in
the catalogue record should be referenced as a URI and not as a literal
value.
