[ECODP-dev] File resource uploaded then.....

Hi,

I uploaded a file succesfully, then tried to add new resource ( clicking 
the link ), and it presented me again the following:
( it's not very obvious, I believe I didn't click Save changes, after 
the file was uploaded ? )
