[ECODP-dev] Check getUpdatedDate call

Hello John/David,

I noticed the following,

I am on the data pagefrom browser,
I make an update, for example I create again a publisher user, or update 
an older publisher user.
And instead of making a refresh, I clicked a publisher from the list 
with 3 datasets. While I did the change calling API, I operated the 
browser as if I am "normal user".
On the bottom, I saw current date. Which is 29. Instead of 27 ( drupal 
date ).

Trivial:
In case of updating the password of publisher, or something about the 
publisher, is it necessary to trigger any "update rule" for the CKAN 
itself ? As it is not about core data ?
