[ECODP-dev] last_modified date format for resources

Hi David,

I find in my documentation provided by John that the resources
last_modified accepts dates in
ISO 8601 format.

But when I submit

"last_modified":"2013-11-12T12:57:33Z"

I get

"error": {"__type": "Validation Error", "resources": [{}, {}, {}, {}, {},
{}, {}, {"last_modified": ["Date format incorrect"]}, {}, {}, {}]}}

When I remove the timezone Z it does work.

What is the right situation?
