[ECODP-dev] file-upload issue

Hi David,

can you write a sql query to retrieve all distribution urls?

I think that can aid to asses the situation at PO for the http issue with
already uploaded distributions.
I would like to being able to tell them about how many items it will be and
how they have to adjust them (probably none, but proving that is hard
without facts)
