Hi Dimitrios,

It can't connect to solr for some reason at that part of the installation.
If everything else is fine then it is almost certainly just that it is
taking solr longer to come back online after the tomcat restart than the 5
seconds that the script is currently waiting before trying to ping it.

We can increase this waiting period in later scripts, as solr not being
available in general is very serious.
