[ECODP-dev] Communications workshop with the PO

Hi Bastiaan,

Something which I meant to bring up earlier. The PO have asked for a comms
planning workshop in Luxembourg.

I don't think it's essential for 10F to be at the meeting but it would be
great if you were there. The current proposed date is the afternoon of
Monday 25 February. Are you able to make it?
