[ECODP-dev] ODP-155 Portal slogan

Hi all,

Konstantin told me that the Portal slogan is implemented now by changing
images per language. The header as provided in the example by Konstantin
should behave correctly. The reason for this is that PO wanted to use a
specific proprietary font and that was hard to get around in a short time.
