Hi Agnieszka,

This is because the DG is set deprecated.

 <skos:Concept rdf:about="
http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/corporate-body/TAXUD"
                 at:deprecated="true">

remove the deprecated status and (re)upload the updated publishers list.
