[ECODP-dev] ckan2ts

Hi Bert,

This is a configuration issue - the prefix is being read from the value for
"ckan.site_url" in the ckan config file. This should be set to the root URL
of the instance.

This value is currently set on line 123
of /applications/ecodp/users/ecodp/ckan/etc/ecodp/ecodp.ini on
odp.tenforce.com.
