Hello,

The bug with logging out was caused by an old version of the openid plugin
being loaded. To fix this on the production server, the who.ini file in
the /applications/ecodp/users/ecodp/ckan/etc/ecodp/ directory should be
updated to remove all references to the openid plugin. An updated version
of this file is attached. After apache is restarted, the changes should
take effect. This has been tested on odp.tenforce.com and logging out now
works correctly.

This update will be in the next release, and the plugin will be removed
from the code base entirely as it is not currently needed.
