[ECODP-dev] FF10, FF17/Windows, Data Tab, Language Selector

De install Firefox 17, and install only Firefox 10. I believe also that 
Firefox 10 is ESR version, the long term.
Then don't really have both 10 & 17 on the same machine. Because it 
seems to fix the 10th version.

PO as well as I , have seen the problem with Firefox 10.
